Anja Bathke

Anja Bathke currently serves as the Group Head of Analytical Development & Mass Spec Analytics at Roche, where they have been since 2016. Prior to this role, Anja worked as a Scientist in Analytical Development & Mass Spectrometry at Roche from 2005 to 2016, specializing in mass spectrometry for therapeutic antibodies and small molecules in a GxP environment. Anja's earlier experience includes serving as a Biochemist at the EMBL European Molecular Biology Laboratories from 2002 to 2005, where they focused on protein isolation and detection. Their academic background includes a Diplom Dissertation at mtm laboratories, Inc in 2001, which involved the pre-clinical validation of cancer markers.
