Antonia Miller

Antonia Miller possesses extensive experience in talent management and acquisition, currently serving as the Early in Career Partner Americas & Canada Lead at Roche since January 2025. Prior roles include Director of Early Career Strategy Talent Management and Early Career Talent Acquisition at Bristol Myers Squibb from November 2019 to May 2025, and Associate Director of Early in Career Talent Acquisition Strategy and Delivery. Antonia's career also includes positions at Celgene as Associate Director of Talent Pipelines and Employee Experience, and at BASF, where responsibilities encompassed employee development and talent management initiatives. Earlier experience includes a role as Program Director for Finance Talent Management at Prudential Financial.
