Bamo Toufek

Bamo Toufek currently serves as the Head of Energy Management at Roche, focusing on sustainability and decarbonization strategies, energy efficiency optimization, and compliance with energy reporting requirements. Prior experience includes roles in energy management strategy at Daimler Truck AG, where Bamo calculated energy efficiency targets and implemented charging infrastructure strategies, and as an HVAC Engineer at TransnetBW GmbH, designing sustainable building technologies and optimizing HVAC processes. Previous positions also include energy management at Mercedes-Benz AG and engineering roles at AUDI AG, BING Power Systems GmbH, and AREVA NP, where Bamo gained extensive expertise in construction, control technology, and mechanical engineering. Bamo holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Stuttgart and additional qualifications from DTU and FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg.
