Bella Penrose

Bella P. is a seasoned professional in the field of people and culture, currently serving as a People and Culture Specialist at Roche since November 2022. Prior experience includes roles as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Recruiter, and Marketing and Communications Intern at Bloom Insurance from 2019 to 2022. Bella also gained experience as a Community Relations Intern with the Indianapolis Colts from 2018 to 2021 and held multiple internships at Indiana University Bloomington, including Athletics Marketing Intern and Athletics Media Relations Intern, as well as a Teaching Assistant in Intercollegiate Media Relations. Additionally, Bella worked as a Pro Bowl Experience Brand Ambassador for the National Football League between 2018 and 2019. Bella holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management from Indiana University Bloomington.
