Bryce Ackerman

Bryce Ackerman is an experienced Workforce Management professional with a strong background in developing and expanding WFM processes across various organizations. Currently serving as a Workforce Management Internal Consultant at Roche since June 2021, Bryce has successfully led initiatives to create KPI reporting, automate training processes, and develop long-term capacity planning models. Prior experience includes roles at SSM Health as a Regional Workforce Management Coach, Centene Corporation as a Manager in Workforce Management for Claims and Envolve Health, and Equifax as a Director in Workforce Management. Bryce has a proven track record of improving staffing efficiency, implementing new technologies, and enhancing communication and support within workforce teams. Bryce holds a B.A. in Public Relations from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
