Carla Wandt

Carla Wandt currently serves as the Global Head of PD Strategy & Delivery at Roche, a role focused on business strategy and portfolio delivery for late-stage development in Roche Pharma, overseeing strategy, operations, and project management across global sites. Previously, Carla held multiple leadership positions within Roche, including Head of Business Strategy and Senior Vice President for Global Quality Product Development, where responsibilities encompassed quality assurance and compliance management. Prior to Roche, Carla worked at Novartis in various roles, such as Global Head of Country Quality and Global Head of Compliance & Auditing, and also gained experience in quality assurance with Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies Europe, Procter & Gamble, DuPont Nutrition & Health, and Institut Fresenius. Carla holds a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Bonn and completed an Accelerated Development Program at London Business School.
