Christian Bollensdorff

Christian Bollensdorff is an experienced professional in organizational learning and research development. Currently serving as an Organisational Learning and Evolution Partner at Roche since February 2023, Christian focuses on enhancing employee capabilities and supporting organizational growth through effective learning strategies. Prior experience at Sidra Medicine includes roles as Program Manager for Research & Development and as Principal Investigator, where initiatives were led to improve strategic planning and project outcomes. Christian also held the position of Deputy Executive Director at the Qatar Foundation Research and Development, where a Cardiovascular Research Institute was established in collaboration with Prof. Sir Magdi Yacoub. Earlier roles at Imperial College London and the University of Oxford involved significant contributions to cardiac imaging methodologies and techniques, including advancements in optical imaging and cell mechanics.
