Cigdem Erek currently serves as CFO of Roche Turkey since October 2025 and has held various significant financial leadership roles throughout a distinguished career in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to this, Erek was the CFO for Western Europe at STADA Group from January 2025 to October 2025 and spent nearly nine years at Sanofi, where Erek served as Global Head of Finance for Vaccines Manufacturing & Supply, among other executive positions. Earlier experience at Roche from August 1997 to June 2016 included roles as Finance Manager and CFO in multiple countries, where Erek was responsible for finance, logistics, and supply chain functions. Erek holds a BA in Economics from Boğaziçi University and has recently completed an Executive Education program on leading the future at INSEAD.
