Cornelia Fischer

Cornelia Fischer has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biomedical fields, currently serving as a Program Manager for Large Molecules Neuroscience & Rare Diseases at Roche, where they focus on program and portfolio management in drug discovery and development. Prior to this role, Cornelia worked as a Group Leader and Scientist at Roche from 2018 to 2025, leading projects on in vivo antibody generation and B cell cloning. They also held a postdoctoral fellowship concentrating on adaptive immunity and checkpoint inhibition, following a doctoral research stint at Roche Diagnostics GmbH focused on cancer immunotherapy. Cornelia's academic background includes a Staatsexamen in Veterinary Sciences from Ludwig-Maximilians Universität München, obtained in 2013.
