Cosimo Dolente

Cosimo Dolente is a highly skilled Principal Scientist at Roche, with over two decades of experience since joining the company in September 1999. Expertise includes the design and synthesis of complex target molecules, strong problem-solving abilities in organic chemistry, and the development of structure-activity relationships (SAR) for optimization. Cosimo leads a team of external co-workers at a CRO, instructs students and apprentices, prepares patents, co-authors publications, and ensures compliance with Safety Health Environment (SHE) regulations.
