Delia Bucher

Delia Bucher is a Senior Scientist at Roche, specializing in the in vitro ADME of Biologics and serving as a people enabler, a position held since May 2022. Prior experience includes scientific roles at Assay.Works and Ruprecht-Karls-University of Heidelberg, where research focused on cytoskeleton manipulation in neurons and clathrin-coated structures, respectively. Delia Bucher also contributed to monoclonal antibody development during an internship at Roche Diagnostics Europe. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Biology from Heidelberg University, a Master's in Cellular and Molecular Biology, and a Bachelor's in Biology, both from the University of Konstanz.
