Devrim Hodach

Devrim Hodach is a seasoned professional in supply chain management, currently serving as the Head of Supply Chain Management for Established and Late Life Cycle Products at Roche since April 2014. With a strong focus on supply strategy, planning, and inventory management, Devrim leads a team of Product Supply Chain Leaders to define priorities and establish global supply chain configurations. Previous roles include team lead for a global initiative aimed at reducing product lead times at Roche and product strategy leader responsible for capacity and risk management. Devrim's career also includes significant experience at Genentech, leading cross-functional teams for Antibody Drug Conjugate projects, and engineering positions at Bayer HealthCare and Crumbs Engineering. Devrim holds an MBA in Global Executive from Duke University and a Health Sector Management Program degree from the same institution, alongside degrees in Chemical Engineering from both Technische Universität Berlin and Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi.
