Dhruv Bhatt

Dhruv Bhatt, MS, CLSSGB, is an experienced professional in digital transformation and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Head of Digital Transformation Office at Roche since March 2021, Dhruv has also held various strategic planning and optimization roles within the organization. Prior to Roche, Dhruv worked at J.Crew as a Demand Forecast and Business Intelligence Analyst, enhancing demand forecasting processes, and at Ferrero as a Sales Forecasting and Planning Analyst, developing demand forecasts and collaborating on supply planning. Earlier experiences include roles at Novartis, ABCO HVACR Supply + Solutions, Starbucks, Reliance, and Ingersoll Rand, focusing on operations analysis, lean engineering, and inventory management. Dhruv holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Rutgers University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Vishvakarma Mahavidyalaya.
