Pavel Bolshov graduated from the Bauman Moscow State Technical University with a degree in Engineering specializing in small and cannon arms, artillery and missile weapons.
From 2019 to 2021 Pavel completed professional retraining under the MBA program, with a specialization in “Entrepreneurship and Company Management” writing his thesis on “Management” in the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.
He has 15 years of experience in IT project management in various industries, implemented more than 10 projects on IT systems introduction and provision of IT services during his professional activity. In particular, he led a block of key areas within infrastructure projects of federal level to implement visitor registration system for the XXII Winter Olympic Games and XI Winter Paralympic games 2014 in Sochi and to issue FAN IDs in 2017 Confederation Cup and 2018 FIFA World Cup in the Russian Federation.
Pavel joined ANCOR team in November 2020 as a Project Manager. Since July 2021 he was appointed as a Head of ANCOR Digital Transformation Committee. In October 2021 Pavel was appointed as a Head of Project Office.
