Dr. Oxana Pester has extensive experience in analytics research and development within the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Matrix and Science Lead at Roche since April 2013. Expertise includes quality control of biologicals, development and validation of analytical methods, and application of advanced techniques such as HPLC, capillary electrophoresis, and mid-infrared and RAMAN spectroscopy, particularly in the context of GMP regulations. Previous experience includes a role as a Research Associate at DIS AG, specializing in the analysis and characterization of host cell proteins. Dr. Pester holds a PhD in Biochemistry and Biophysics from the Technical University of Munich and a Diploma in Chemistry from Technische Universität Dresden.
