Elke Schüler

Elke Schüler is the Global Practice Lead for Design & Curation, People & Organizational Growth at Roche, where they leverage extensive expertise in HR development and organizational learning. They held various leadership roles at Roche and Roche Diagnostics from 2006 to 2020, including Head of Strategic Programs and Head of HR Learning & Organizational Development. Elke also served as Head of HR Business Mannheim and has a background as a Scientific Trainer at Boehringer Mannheim. Elke earned a Diplom-Ingenieur from Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences and studied Biotechnology at Mannheim University of Applied Sciences.
