Emeya Lee is currently the Head of People & Culture for Pharma International at Roche, focusing on the APAC, PHC, and Digital sectors since 2021. Previously, Emeya served as HR Director at Roche from 2016 to 2019 and held the role of People and Culture Director for multiple regions, including Malaysia, Thailand, and Myanmar. Emeya's career also includes experience as HR Manager at Reckitt Benckiser in Malaysia and Singapore, as well as HR Manager at Philips Malaysia. Prior to this, Emeya was the HR Director for Reckitt Benckiser in Hong Kong and Taiwan from 2012 to 2016.
