Ercan Solmaz

Ercan Solmaz is a Global Product Owner for Continuous Improvement at Roche, leveraging hands-on experience in enhancing both manufacturing and transactional processes. Ercan previously worked as a Process Excellence Manager at F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG, where they conducted KAIZEN workshops and led continuous improvement projects. With a background as a Six Sigma Black Belt at Hexion Inc., Ercan has extensive experience in project management and the application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Ercan holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's degree in Business/Commerce and Foreign Languages from Université Henri Poincaré and Université Nancy 2, respectively.
