Erjena Keller, IMD Executive MBA, currently serves as the ASPIRE ERP Platforms Product Line Lead at Roche, managing a global team focused on ERP Digital Core platform management and alignment with company initiatives. Previously at Novartis, Erjena held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Policies, Advisory & Anti-Bribery Program, and Head of Business Information Security Management, where responsibilities included establishing high-performing teams in information security and cybersecurity programs. Erjena has extensive experience in SAP project management, including international assignments in Russia and Germany. Additionally, Erjena is the founder and board member of Medzie, a company dedicated to enhancing work-life balance in healthcare through AI-driven technology.
