Fabien Gaire

Fabien Gaire has extensive experience in the field of medical innovation and personalized healthcare, particularly in AI-based imaging solutions. At Roche, Fabien served as Senior Director of the Imaging Chapter, leading a research and development team focused on advanced AI solutions in digital pathology, radiology, and ophthalmology from August 2010 to October 2024. Previous roles at Roche included leading the early product portfolio in PHC Data Analysis and Imaging, and overseeing personalized healthcare product development. Prior to Roche, Fabien held senior director positions at Ventana Medical Systems, directing medical innovation initiatives and strategic marketing for diagnostics. Fabien's academic background includes two PhDs in molecular and cell biology from Université de Strasbourg and Université Louis Pasteur.
