Fatima Ferreira has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and diagnostics industries, having held various leadership roles at Roche since 1999. Currently serving as License to Operate Director and Matrix Catalysts Director, Fatima Ferreira also previously led Human Resources and Compliance at Roche. Prior positions at Roche Diagnostics include Head of Human Resources, Quality & Regulatory Affairs, as well as multiple roles focused on Quality, Regulatory & Compliance. Earlier in their career, Fatima Ferreira worked at Boehringer Mannheim as an Application Specialist and Quality Technician. Fatima Ferreira has further enhanced professional skills through executive education in Digital Transformation, Organizational Leadership, People & Management, Labor Law, and Women in Business at renowned institutions such as Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics, Nova School of Business and Economics, and AESE Business School.
