Frank Adaschak

Frank Adaschak is an innovation-driven professional with extensive experience in software development, project management, and leadership within various industries, including automotive, enterprise application development, and medical technology. Currently serving as a Principal R&D Project Lead at Roche, Frank oversees the software development of pre-analytic automation products while managing internal and external teams to ensure high-quality solutions. They previously held roles at Mercedes-Benz AG, Advantest, and Roche Diagnostics Europe, where they demonstrated strong capabilities in technical project management, product integration, and supplier management. Frank also contributed to academia as a lecturer in User Centered Design at Hochschule Heilbronn.
