Gesine Respondek

Gesine Respondek is an MD/PhD and Senior Principal Medical Director in Neuroscience at Roche, specializing in drug development for neuroscience and rare diseases. With fellowship training in movement disorders, they have extensive expertise in longitudinal cohort studies, biostatistics, and clinical ethics. Gesine previously served as a Senior Physician and Associate Professor for Neurology at Hannover Medical School and completed a postdoctoral research fellowship at both the German Center for Neurodegenerative Diseases and the Technical University of Munich. They began their medical training with neurology residencies at The Philipp University of Marburg and have contributed significantly to psychiatric research and the development of scientific manuscripts.
