Gloria Rakus is an experienced finance leader currently serving as the R&D Finance Enterprise Partner at Roche, where they are the business partner to clinical development teams and lead audit and result reviews with the CFO. Previously, they held various roles at Roche, including Global FP&A Manager and R&D Controller, where they provided financial insights and supported decision-making for the Pharma Research & Early Development organization.
