Gulbengu Kuzgun Yuksel

Gulbengu Kuzgun Yuksel currently serves as the Network Head of Quality for Cell and Gene Therapy at Roche, a position held since October 2025. Prior to this role, Yuksel was the Head of Quality at Acino Pharma Switzerland and held various leadership positions at Tigen Pharma SA, Novartis, and Sandoz. With extensive experience in quality assurance and control, Yuksel has successfully led initiatives in compliance with international regulations, including EU ATMP and FDA guidelines, and has managed quality systems across multiple sites. Noteworthy achievements include overseeing the implementation of critical manufacturing technologies, coordinating health authority inspections, and enhancing quality culture within organizations. Yuksel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Middle East Technical University.
