Heather Francis

Heather Francis is an accomplished professional with over a decade of experience at Roche, where current roles include Vice President of Enterprise Operations, Head of People & Culture for Canada, Head of Transformation, and various director-level positions in analytics, marketing, and healthcare innovation. Additionally, Heather serves as a Community Representative on the Digital Health Strategy Committee for the Joseph Brant Hospital Board since September 2022. Prior experience includes roles at MDS Pharma Services, such as Associate Director of Corporate Development and Global Project Manager. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Biology from Western University.
