Hubert Caron

Hubert Caron, MD, PhD, currently serves as Group Medical Director at Roche, leading the Global Development for Pediatric Oncology (PedONC) since February 2015, with a focus on developing new therapies for children with cancer. Prior experience includes serving as a Group Medical Director at Roche Pharma AG, Research Professor and Chair of the Department of Pediatric Oncology at Academic Medical Center, and holding positions within the DCOG and the Prinses Máxima Center. Hubert Caron has a background in research into childhood neuroblastoma and holds a PhD in Medicine from the University of Amsterdam, completing the pediatric residency program there as well. The extensive career spans over three decades, focusing on improving clinical outcomes and therapy for pediatric oncology patients.
