Jean-Yves Wach

Jean-Yves Wach is an accomplished scientist with extensive experience in pharmaceutical research and development. Currently serving as Group Leader and Principal Scientist at Roche since April 2017, Jean-Yves has held multiple key positions within the organization, including Group Leader as a Senior Scientist and Senior Scientist in Pharma Research. Prior to Roche, Jean-Yves worked at Eli Lilly and Company as a Senior Research Scientist and at BASF as a Research Scientist. Earlier in the career, Jean-Yves was a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Broad Institute of Harvard and MIT and completed an internship in Medicinal Chemistry at GlaxoSmithKline. Jean-Yves earned a PhD in Organic Chemistry from EPFL and holds a degree from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Montpellier, along with completing preparatory classes at Lycée Kleber.
