Jelena Dragas

Jelena Dragas, Dr.Sc., currently serves as Team Lead Hardware Development in Instrumentation at Roche since January 2025. Prior to this role, Jelena was the Manager of the Business Unit (Electronic) Design Services at Enclustra GmbH from January 2019 to November 2024, where responsibilities included project offering, requirements engineering, customer relations, product management, and team leadership. Jelena also held the position of FPGA/SoC System Design Expert and Project Manager at Enclustra, leading initiatives such as "AI on FPGA." Earlier experience includes a postdoctoral researcher role at ETH Zurich, where project leadership involved wearable technology and hardware design, as well as research assistant responsibilities in digital VLSI design. Educational qualifications consist of a PhD in Bioelectronics/Microelectronics from ETH Zürich, an EMBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology, and multiple degrees in Electrical Engineering from EPFL and University of Belgrade.
