Jennifer Flores

Jennifer Flores serves as the Global Change & Communications Manager at Roche since September 2016, where responsibilities include driving strategic change and communications initiatives in the EMEA region. Previous roles at Roche include Transformation and Communication Specialist, where Jennifer established communication plans and acted as a sparring partner for various communications activities, and project management roles supporting initiatives such as the GEOS 2019 global employee opinion survey. Prior to Roche, Jennifer held positions at UBS, connectUS, Citylife Madrid, TopCC AG, and Plumor-Novimex AG, gaining experience in customer relationship management, marketing, and event management. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in International Business Management from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland.
