Jessica Betts

Jessica Betts is an experienced regulatory compliance professional with a solid background in the healthcare industry. At Roche from February 2016 to April 2021, Jessica held various roles including Senior Regulatory Compliance Manager, where responsibilities included developing and managing regulatory compliance for multiple Roche businesses, and Sr. Regulatory Compliance Analyst, focusing on compliance strategies and recommendations. Additionally, as Manager of Tissue Diagnostics, leadership and development of a technical support team were key responsibilities. Beyond Roche, Jessica served as Vice President for the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association in 2017 and worked as a Marketing Manager at Russell Publishing, LLC from 1999 to 2001. Jessica Betts earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Ball State University.
