Jia Liu

Jia Liu is a Data Scientist currently employed at Roche since November 2021, following a brief tenure at Bayer where data analysis and visualization were key responsibilities. Prior experience includes an internship at Massachusetts General Hospital focused on computational research for neurodegenerative diseases, and a mentorship at STEM-Away where microarray data analysis pipeline development was undertaken. Earlier positions involved internships at Boston University and Hunan Normal University, gaining both hands-on biological lab experience and bioinformatics training. Jia Liu holds a Master’s degree in Bioinformatics from Boston University and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Hunan Normal University.
