Jochen Schulat is currently the Head of the Global R&D Department for Measurement Methods at Roche Diabetes Care since 2024, following a tenure as the Head of the Global R&D Department for Chemical Disposable and Detection from 2018 to 2024. Prior to these roles, Jochen held various leadership positions in R&D focusing on glucose monitoring and measurement engineering at Roche Diabetes Care and served as the Head of Research and Development at Holotec GmbH from 1999 to 2001. Jochen earned a Diplom in Physics and a PhD in Engineering, graduating Summa Cum Laude, from RWTH Aachen University.
