Karen Leach McIpd

Karen Leach MCIPD is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the People & Culture Head for Europe at Roche since July 2007. In this role, Karen leads transformation initiatives for a 115 million euro business and oversees a team of HR business partners. Previous roles at Roche include Head of HR Business Partnering and HR Business Partner Manager, focusing on business areas in early research and product development. Prior to Roche, Karen worked as an HR consultant and held the position of HR Manager at Pharmacia, managing HR for 1,000 employees. Karen holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Northampton, a degree in Business and Finance from Bournemouth University, and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD).
