Katja Arden is currently a Global People Analytics Insights Partner and Product Owner at Roche, where they focus on people analytics. Previously, they held various roles in human capital consulting at Deloitte Switzerland, including Senior Consultant and Business Analyst. They are pursuing a PhD in Organisational Behaviour at Universität St.Gallen and have earned advanced degrees in psychology from the University of Zurich and Universität Mannheim.
