Kayla Cox

Kayla Cox is a Technical Lead in Quality & Regulatory Training at Roche, where they create and maintain training initiatives for over 3,500 learners. Previously, they held roles such as Talent & Organization Development Coordinator and Human Resources Intern at Roche, where they managed workshops and developed employee programs. Kayla is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Quantitative Management with a focus on Health Analytics at Duke University, along with courses at The London School of Economics and Political Science. They also studied Management Science with a minor in Business Economics at the University of California, San Diego.
