Ke Bi

Ke Bi is a Principal Bioinformatics Scientist II at Roche, specializing in bioinformatics and the development of Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) data pipelines for population genetic and phylogenetic projects. With a PhD in Evolutionary Biology from the University of Guelph and a solid foundation in Marine Biology and Ecology from the Ocean University of China, Ke has extensive experience in computational biology, population genomics, and various sequencing methodologies. Previously, Ke worked as a bioinformatics scientist at the California Institute for Quantitative Biosciences and held a staff position at Ancestry, contributing significantly to the field of bioinformatics throughout their career.
