Kenza Berrada

Kenza Berrada is a Transformation Senior Manager and accredited ICF Organizational Coach with extensive experience in guiding purpose-driven organizations through change. Currently leading Global Organizational Change Management for Roche and serving as Women in Tech Lead for Spain, Kenza has previously held roles at Transition & Executive Coaching and Sia Partners, where expertise in business strategy, workforce transformation, and executive coaching for C-levels was developed. Kenza’s background includes significant positions at EY, where contributions were made to organizational design and change management in financial services, as well as early experience in finance and strategy roles at OCP, AXA, and LVMH. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Strategy & Organization from Grenoble Ecole de Management and a French Baccalauréat with honors in Maths.
