Kirstin Barton

Kirstin Barton has extensive experience in leadership and people development, currently serving as the Leadership and People Development Lead at Roche since July 2022, with additional roles as Leadership Development Strategic Owner and Community Lead. Prior to Roche, Kirstin was an Associate Coach at Talking Talent and Villiger McNeill Consulting from September 2013 to December 2015, and owned Alive to Change from February 2007 to December 2015, providing coaching and facilitation services for personal and organizational development. Earlier in Kirstin's career, from September 2001 to July 2005, Kirstin held the position of Services Director at the University of Central Lancashire, overseeing all service and support functions at a rural campus.
