Maciej Rusinek has extensive experience in IT and business management, currently serving as Chapter Section Lead at Roche since September 2019, focusing on product enablement and strategic consolidation within Informatics. Prior roles include Team Manager for Service Delivery at Roche, Technical Director at ASTEK Polska and Astek International, and Business Unit Manager at JCommerce SA, where Maciej successfully established the Poznan branch. Earlier career positions included IT Outsourcing Sales Manager at BCC and Software Delivery Division Manager at IMPAQ, overseeing teams and projects across multiple locations. Maciej holds a Master's degree in Microcomputer Systems from Poznan University of Technology.
