Mario Henke

Mario Henke is a seasoned executive in the biopharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Site Head Pharma Biotech Penzberg at Roche since January 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing the compliant and efficient manufacturing of innovative drug substances. Previously held roles at Roche include Site Head Basel Biotech Manufacturing, directing operations and management for commercial drug substances with substantial annual sales potential. Prior to Roche, Mario Henke worked at Novartis in various capacities including Project Director for BiopharmOps in Singapore and Site Head in Basel, contributing to significant biotech projects and regulatory approvals. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at Sandoz, as well as technical positions at Novartis, Fraunhofer Institute, and Bayer HealthCare.
