Martin Olbrich

Martin Olbrich is currently the Section Head of Process Development for Oligonucleotides and Peptides at Roche, where they lead a team of approximately 15 scientists and associates. They have previously served as a Process Chemist and Scientist in Process Research at Roche, focusing on traditional small molecules and oligonucleotides. Martin earned their Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Chemistry from Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, alongside a B.Sc. in Chemistry and Biochemistry. Their expertise includes fostering sustainable processes, managing cross-functional teams, and supporting regulatory submissions within a dynamic, matrixed environment.
