Matt Bilyard

Matt Bilyard is a Senior Scientist specializing in mass spectrometry and biochemistry for lead discovery at Roche, where they focus on developing high-throughput protein MS methods. Previously, Matt worked at AstraZeneca as a Senior Scientist in Mechanistic Biology & Profiling, developing biochemical assays for oncology drug discovery. They also served as a Commercialisation Associate at Cambridge Enterprise, aiding academics in commercializing agri-tech innovations, and contributed to various multidisciplinary projects as an innovation consultant at Innovia Technology. Matt earned a PhD in Organic Chemistry/Chemical Biology from the University of Oxford and holds a Master’s degree from the University of Cambridge.
