Mauro Marchese has extensive experience in finance, management, and operational leadership within Roche, where roles included Cross-Functional Controller, CFO, and Global Finance Director across various therapeutic areas such as Personalized HealthCare and Neuroscience. Responsibilities ranged from cost management and business operations to leading strategic planning and financial analysis. Notably, Mauro played a key role in initiating the first Patient Support Program in Slovenia and was recognized as Roche Best Performer in 2013. Prior to Roche, Mauro completed internships at Mediaset and UBI Banca, and served as Finance Director for Flatiron Health's International Operations.
