Michael Flores, M.D. MBA, is the Global Head of Companion Diagnostic Pathology for Personal Healthcare Solutions at Roche, where they lead a global team in the development of companion diagnostics and integrate digital pathology with artificial intelligence. Previously, Michael gained extensive experience in precision medicine and oncology drug development through roles including Senior Pathologist and Chief Resident at Banner - University Medical Center. They are also a board-certified physician with expertise in various pathology specialties and medical education. Currently, Michael is pursuing an MBA at the University of Arizona and an MD at the University of Washington.
