Mike Nikolaev

Mike Nikolaev is a scientist at the Roche Institute of Human Biology, where they focus on the integration of microtechnology and tissue engineering to develop advanced organ-on-a-chip models. They previously completed a PhD at EPFL, designing innovative 3D organ-on-chip devices and contributing to the field of stem cell bioprinting. Mike's research experience includes roles at ABBYY and Forschungszentrum Jülich, where they developed techniques for optical character recognition and membrane protein crystallization, respectively. Mike holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.
