Olga Radchenko

Olga Radchenko currently serves as the Enablers Excellence Lead and Global Learning & Development Solutions Partner at Roche, where responsibilities include developing and deploying learning and development strategies across nine EMEA countries, managing vendor tenders, consulting on product life cycles, facilitating workshops, and coaching through The Leadership Circle Profile. Previously, Olga held the position of L&D Specialist, focusing on vendor alignment with business needs, curating the corporate L&D portfolio, and driving Agile L&D initiatives. Earlier experience includes HR Advisory at GE Healthcare, managing exhibitions and education projects at the State Darwin Museum, and an internship at the Garage Museum of Contemporary Art. Olga Radchenko holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Moscow State University.
