Paco Delgado serves as the Companion Diagnostics Senior Director of Project Leadership at Roche, leading the Companion Diagnostic (CDx) Project Leadership organization since August 2006. With extensive experience in developing CDx assays in collaboration with global pharmaceutical partners, Paco previously held the role of Companion Diagnostics Director and Project Leader, managing multiple CDx assay development projects. Additional expertise includes serving as a Senior Project Manager for In-Situ Hybridization (ISH) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) diagnostic assays. Prior to Roche, Paco was a Project Manager at Hologic (formerly Gen-Probe) from April 1998 to August 2006. Paco holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Point Loma University and an undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona.
