Pam Ancona

Pam Ancona is the Head of Intellectual Property at Roche Molecular Labs, where they currently oversee projects related to next-generation sequencing solutions, digital pathology, and PCR methods. With a career beginning in 1995, Pam has held various roles in the Diagnostics industry, including Senior Counsel at Pfizer and Chief IP Counsel at a privately held biotechnology company. They earned a Ph.D. in Biological Chemistry from Stony Brook University and have significant experience in both legal and technical aspects of intellectual property, spanning chemistry, biology, mechanical, and software engineering.
