Paula Walker is currently the Global Head of Risk Based Quality Management at Roche, where they provide strategic leadership to the RBQM Centre of Excellence, ensuring that patient safety and data reliability are prioritized in clinical trials. With over 20 years of experience in clinical trials compliance and governance, Paula has held significant roles, including Head of Compliance at the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency, where they led critical inspection teams and initiatives. Paula is a founding member of the MHRA Innovative Licensing & Access Pathway Steering Group and actively collaborates on the IMPALA consortium to enhance quality through data analytics. They hold a degree with distinction from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
